Waterpark was fun, but common areas need more seating.

During our stay, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. There were greasy handprints on the headboard, and the bathroom door felt sticky and unclean. Additionally, the pool staff was rude and unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable during our visit.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially when they paid for my taxi after a shuttle miscommunication. My room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat from the busy surroundings.

I had a pleasant experience at the Sheraton. The waterpark kept my family entertained, and the staff’s really good service. The room could benefit from some updates, especially the coffee maker. All in all, a fun trip.

The nearby eateries, like The Cattle Baron and Earls Calgary Barlow Trail, made for some killer meals. friendly staff kept things safe and fun! Plus, the room was super organized, with handy outlets for all our gadgets.

The hotel is conveniently located near the

airport, which made our travel arrangements easy. However, we did find the noise from the hallways disturbing during the night. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed, but more soundproofing would be beneficial.

The view from the rooms includes massive chillers that pretty much monopolize your sightlines, making the atmosphere feel less than inviting. The lobby boasts a classic, outdated vibe that echoes through the hallways, leaving an impression that charm has long been left off the menu. While the proximity to nearby eateries is a plus, many elements seem to embody an older era, not scoring any points for modernity or comfort.

Room dimensions are surprisingly snug, bordering on cramped, which might be a dealbreaker for those valuing space. The bathrooms have a distinct lack of room to maneuver, and the shower takes ages to heat up—patience is key if you need to wash up. Plus, outdated entertainment options with films that mislead about their current availability don't exactly scream 'premium experience. ' All in all, there feel like better options for lodging within reach that don't lean into the past so heavily.
